Shipping policy

We work hard so you receive high-quality skateboard deck or complete as quickly as possible without compromising on the final product. As soon as your order has been placed, all required info has been submitted and it has been paid in full, we’ll get started on manufacturing your deck. We'll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped, you can track it by using tracking number in national Ukraine post carrier - Ukrposhta or in third party tracker like AfterShip. Some orders might be send via DHL, depending on the location.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that custom order may take from 5 to 14 days to produce (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our carriers in Ukraine are currently experiencing delays that are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated every step of the way.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

By default all international orders are shipped with the Ukrainian Post “UKRPOSHTA”.

For expedited international shipping there is also an option for using DHL as postal service, thus it comes in higher price.

Yes, we offer international shipping for a flat rate to the USA of $42.5 USD

For international shipping the approximate delivery terms may vary from 10 to 30 days depending on the destination.

Please note: All orders are processed and on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.

For custom order, please allow for an extra two to three business days for the engineering department to verify custom specifications ahead of production. We will notify you with any additional details on email you, if any question arise.

Please note: That for international orders Race Dogs company is not responsible for any delays, since it is out of our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Race Dogs company are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Race Dogs company is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges in the country of destination. The international shipping fee is non-refundable. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at faatcorp@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within [area of coverage: Ukraine]. For orders under $150, we charge $7 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made on any day except Sunday and Monday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the tracking number and approximate day of arrival.

Local delivery/In-store pickup

Unfortunately, our physical stores are not available right now, so you can make a pickup from your local “NOVA POSHTA” department. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Return policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at faatcorp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
